What are the password requirements for my account?

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can reset the password for your account by clicking the Forgot "Password" link in the upper right of the adportal home page. Make sure you click on the word "Password". You will need to put in your current USERNAME then submit the form. You will then get an email with a link to reset your password.

I don't remember my username. Can I retrieve it?

In the upper right corner of the adportal there is a link for "Forgot Username". Click on the word "Username". You will need to provide the phone number and zipcode that is set up in your account. Once you submit the form, you will get an email that contains your username and a link to reset your password.

How do I get started?

If you already have an account, simply login to get started. If you are new to self service real estate please contact us at realestate@kitsapsun.com or 360-792-3333 ext. 7.

Where will my ad appear?

Your ad will appear in the Real Estate section published on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Can I edit my ad after placing it?

You can edit your real estate ad prior to deadline for your publication date. Simply log back in with your username and password to retrieve your ad.

How do I pay for my ad?

Payment will be made at the point of purchase via credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How will I know how much an ad will cost?

Our easy to use self service tool will automatically quote the cost of the ad upon placement.
